Shipping policy
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using FEDEX or another reliable carrier. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Swedish Candy Culture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Incorrect Address & Lost Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@swedishcandyculture.com, including your order number and photos if applicable, so we can make it right.
