Refund policy

Food & Candy Items

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, all candy and food items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

This applies even if the package has not been opened.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on edible products under any circumstances.


 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

We want you to love your order.

Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • An item is missing

Email us at hello@swedishcandyculture.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 


 

Non-Food Items (Merch, Accessories)

We accept returns on non-food items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.



Sale Items & Gift Cards

All sale items and gift cards are final sale.

 



Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
